LVM Laser View Micrometer 

Combine XLS laser micrometers with LASER VIEW MICROMETER software to program laser micrometers and store, visualize, and track process data.  Out of tolerance conditions are shown by the red, green, and yellow displays.  Data can be automatically sent to SPC programs via a character delimited text file.

Laser Mic Monitor 

Combine ILS laser micrometers with LASER MIC MONITOR software to program laser micrometers and store, visualize, and track process data.  Application specific software is also available upon request. 

 Laser Grind Scan 

Laser Grind Scan is used with an ILS laser micrometer to automatically scan through multiple positions on a ground bar.  The application was configured to automatically control the linear scanning slide, calculated average, min, and max diameters for part regions, and calculate part taper. 

Measure Tracks

Use high speed non-contact laser gages to measure products in process:

Use Measure Tracks display and acquisition software to indicate process conditions, set alarms, and archive the measurements. 

 LPC Laser Plate Caliper

Laser Plate Caliper can be used with a single or pair of 1600 series laser displacement sensors to measure plate thickness at up to 9 positions along a sheet or plate.  The average of the measurements is displayed and the pass/fail status is indicated by the display colors.

  CLC Corrugated Laser Caliper

Corrugated Laser Caliper can be used with a single or pair of 1600 series laser displacement sensors to measure average and instantaneous sheet thickness on an automatic corrugated sheet line.  This application can also be used to measure thickness of boards or sheets of building materials like lumber or gypsum board as they are passed along a conveyor line.  The software is configured to automatically detect the start and end of boards. The average of the measurements is displayed and the pass/fail status is indicated by the display colors.  The measurement profile and distribution are also displayed.
