Smart
machine vision systems to inspect packaged products. Shown here is a
pair of custom vision inspection systems mounted on an auto bagger
line. The two cameras inspect for malformed and improperly sealed
bags, and confirm proper bag size. A third system on the
production lines reads bar codes to verify production identity.
Systems
have also been retrofitted onto food packaging lines to confirm packaging
dimensions, labels, etc.
We
integrate DVT vision systems, as well as systems configured with National
Instruments LabVIEW and IMAQ Vision.
