The EYE-IN-LINE family of inspection modules can be configured three ways to perform the following types of inspection:

Ø       Detection of proper components and features

Ø       Part orientation

Ø       Defect inspection

Ø       Labeling inspection (1D & 2D bar code, OCR)

Ø       Inspecting bottling and packaging

 Each inspection module is completely self contained, including:

v       PLC control system

v       Operator interface and machine controls

v       Vision module and illumination

v       Motorized, variable speed transport belt

v       Integrated part reject system

 The EYE-IN-LINE system is designed to be placed in line with material handling systems.  In its basic configuration, this unit learns and sorts accepted and rejected product without the need for programming and with minimal set-up.  Users with more advanced inspection requirements may tap into the unit’s advanced vision inspection tools for performing gaging and feature recognition tasks.
