Auto
bagger inspection
Shown here is a
pair of custom vision inspection systems mounted on an auto bagger
line. The two cameras inspect for malformed and improperly sealed
bags, and confirm proper bag size. Special programs were
created that permitted inspection values to be downloaded from an external
PC to customize each inspection for the specific product being packaged.
Systems
have also been retrofitted onto food packaging lines to confirm packaging
dimensions, labels, etc.
